LEARN TO BE A PRO

PERSONILIZED TRAINING PLAN AND NUTRITION tailor-made for all professional cyclists and triathletes to their specific characteristics. Professional riders have SPECIFIC WORKOUTS and a SPECIFIC NUTRITION plans according to their individual needs. Enabling them to reach high levels of performance.

Our goal at BESTBIKETOUR is to provide you with the same information, tools, and knowledge available to the pros in order to increase your fitness. At the same time, you will learn how to become your own coach, which is essential to reach the highest levels of performance.

PERSONILIZED TRAINING PLAN

Specific training and nutrition are the indispensable base to increase your performance. However, with all of the information that is out there it is difficult to know what is the best nutrition and training plan for yourself.

Our specialist will work with you to craft a unique plan based on your own characteristics, time available to dedicate to the sport, type of job, and your goals.

Once you know how to use your time for training and nutrition according to your needs, your level of performance will automatically be higher.

SPECIFIC WORKOUTS

Why, when, and how much do you have to train strength, endurance, agility, and intensity? What type of workouts should you do? A higher level of performance is not the result of higher training loads or longer hours. If not done right, higher loads will not increase fitness but instead make your tiered. Therefore each workout has a unique purpose and has to be done at a specific moment and in a certain sequence in order to reap the full benefits and become more efficient at training

SPECIFIC NUTRITION

While nutrition has a direct impact on performance, done correctly, it will also lead many benefits in your day to day life. Proteins, carbohydrates, and fats are all necessary food groups that have a specific purpose. At any time of the day and as a result of the efforts made, our body needs specific nutrients. The hormonal system has a daily cycle and if you eat according to this cycle, you can multiply its effectiveness to help the body recover and perform. It is not the same to eat carbohydrates at 8:00 AM than at 8:00 PM and eating more or less will not cause you to lose weight or gain muscle. Nutrition is an essential part to recover properly, raise your fitness level, and avoid fatigue. You will learn, how much, when, and what type of foods to eat in order to manage your weight and increase your performance.

TIME OPTIMIZATION

At BESTBIKETOUR you will learn how to use your time, energy and resources to reach higher levels of performance. We will put the theory into practice by explaining the reason for everything we do. We will ride our bike with a specific purpose and goal every day. After training you will have the perfect meal, stretching, and massage just like the pros.

Then we will analyze the data to better understand the training system and more importantly your body.

Our goal is for you to leave BESTBIKETOUR with the confidence that you are the best coach for yourself. However, we will remain at your disposal to clarify your doubts about training, nutrition, and performance.
