  • Enjoy a week of mountain training in Livigno, 1700mt on sea level where the majority of professional cyclists use to training here in the summer period!

    We will have the honor to training with our friends of Team Lampre riders! So, what’s better then learn the secrets from real professional? We will enjoy the fantastic view of the Alps and, because we are on the border, we will climb both the Swiss and Italian Alps.

    Daily workouts with our team of professionals will let you become the best trainer of yourself!

    Livigno is known as the Alpine resort where holidays combine with sport. All this, in a pristine landscape that is second to none, comprised of natural forests, crystal-clear mountain torrents, wide valleys and pastures in bloom. An authentic “Little Tibet”, for those in the know, this magical relaxation paradise is designed to regenerate and get you back into shape.

    Tour By Day

    Day 1: 13td of July, Monday

    We recommend you arrive by 2pm at our hotel in Livigno. Included in the package we offer the pickup at the  airport of Milan.

    After dropping of your bike and a brief check-in process, you’ll join the BBT coaching staff and fellow riders for a preview of the week ahead and a dinner.

    Day 2: 14th of July, Tuesday

    In the morning we will leave for a nice tour around Livigno. Be prepaired to climb many mountains every day. Today we will ride our bike for 95km route, the so called “Giro dell’Engadina”. It includes the 1st category mountains “Passo Forcola”, “Passo Bernina” and “Passo Gallo”.

    Day 3: 15th of July, Wednesday

    Today we will climb up one of the most beautiful and challenging climbs: The Albula Pass, in Switzerland. It’s a 25km climb up to 2312mt elevation.

    Day 4: 16th of July, Thursday

    The day has arrived, it’s time for the king of all Alps: “The Stelvio”. With is 2757 mt of elevation is the second European highest paved mountain and it’s considered the most beautiful climb for cycling. It’s the cycling Mecca here! The pass is located in the Ortler Alps in Italy between Stilfs (“Stelvio” in Italian) in South Tyrol and Bormio in the province of Sondrio.

    Day 5: 17th of July, Friday

    After the daily breakfast we will enjoy a ride in Switzerland up to the Fluela Pass at 2383mt high. A total of 98km ride passing through amazing mountain views and peaceful roads!

    Day 6: 18h of July, Saturday

    80 km ride in the so called “Valdidentro” Valley. We will climb the Foscagno Pass and enjoy a long descent down to Bormio.

    Day 7: 19th of July, Sunday

    The last day of our trip has arrived. You have the option to ride the bike on the small flat area around livigno arriving to the Swiss customs. It’s the right moment to relax and start recovering after a real intensive week.

    In the afternoon you are free to continue your trip or we will be happy to bring you to the Milan Airport.
